The use of technology is currently one of the most important parts in facilitating human activities both individually and in groups. BPJS Employment plays a role in providing guarantees to workers in Indonesia, both providing guarantees in the form of material and educational material to the community through work visit activities. However, the current system for scheduling employee work visits at the BPJS Employment office, South Sumatra Regional Office, for the process of processing visit data, making visit schedules, as well as letters (hardcopies) for employee work visits, is still made manually, namely via Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. In this way, there are several problems that often occur, including scheduling departures for staff work visits that are irregular, letter numbers that are not in sequence, and that the process of making the letter takes quite a long time. In this research, the data collection methods used were interviews, observation and literature review. And supported by the waterfall model system development method, which is a software development model where the stages must be systematic and orderly, such as. In this case, the author has designed an information system for scheduling employee visits using the PHP programming language which is expected to be able to assist in processing data on scheduling employee work visits and make it easier to create official letters for employee work visits from the South Sumatra Regional Office for BPJS Employment.
